Peggy Reports
Brick has been ordered for desensitizing. Brice will be in discussion for group in statistics (Norlin seemed best). Bring treats on Wednesday for Laura and the students.
Tasannee has finished the Rocky Mountain Experiment Station. Now she is cataloging the Naval Expeditions that were in McGov uncataloged.
Serial Set
Serials in the Serial Set should have a phrase that says: "Report year may be earlier than Serial Set year."
Records not displaying in Prospector
Release them all to Prospector, except for the Serial Set records. Deb will first do to check with Linda to see if she knows how this happened. Also will see how many are shipping list. Will coordinate the send to Prospector so we don't break the system.
CD-ROMS
Deb passed out the location codes with how many items have the various itype and status. Now we need to go through the available versus lib use only and evaluate. Jennie and Peggy will coordinate on what should circulate. Once database cleanup is done will do circulation checks on each of the locations. Deb will ask Brice for loan rules of these locations. Decision is that location will end with end label inclusive (AV, media, etc.) instead of CD/DVD/Video, etc.
Colorado Records not Received
When we look and determine after a thorough check that we do not have the CO document we will suppress the record.
Checkin records identity
Will update wiki to include the CD/DVD, etc identities. Need to check the DVD identities and include it on wiki. Will at the same time do processing pages for CDs.
