ILL called about boxes we hadn't picked up--we could ask them to put them on our Marking shelves (they only call us as a courtesy, and aren't required to schlep our boxes anywhere, but if they're running out of room maybe they'd be willing).

Kelly Donovan has been hired back for two months and funded on $600. of Darci money (Darci won't be full-time right away). Could perhaps work on ROTC boxes.

Eleanor, the volunteer at Engineering, has not been contacted about organizing our Water boxes.

Martin's position: web cataloging has been added to the job description.

Does Preservation need a new liaison from us? (Checking with Kay--if we made clear slips with all the info on them -- call number, etc. -- and sent down only about a dozen items at a time, that would work. We've made new slips. Still need to decide who coordinates the dozen-at-a-time.)

Question about how to format 505 fields for title indexing.
