Minutes for July 18

1. The finalist for the LTIII position were discussed and a decision made on a first choice.

2. The IMLS grant "Government Information in the Twenty-First Century" will require hiring a project manager. A candidate for the position was discussed.

3. Tours of Library during Five-State Conference. We agreed to offer tours of the library, concentrating on government publications. The tours would leave from the Gov Pubs reference desk. The starting times will correspond to the starting times of the sessions of the conference.

4. Restruant list for Five-State Conference: Linda and Martha Jo will work on a list of Boulder restruants that can go into the registration packets.

5. Rocky Flats Documents: Leanne described some recently received Rocky Flats documents received from DOE: Rocky FLats Environmental Technology Site Proposed Plan , July 2006 (E 1.2/2:R 59f) and RCRA Facility Investigation - Remedial Investigation/Corrective Measures Study - Feasibility Study Report for the Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site, June 2006 (E 1.2/2:R 59r/2006). There are 24 volumes that are on the Reference shelves. There are also 15 CD-ROMs that contain the printed reports plus additional data. The set contains lots of maps and other very interesting stuff.
